1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Mentio ("the Service", "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including visitors and registered customers.

2. Description of Service

Mentio is a SaaS platform that monitors the visibility of local businesses in AI-generated responses (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity and other AI systems), calculates a GEO Score, identifies inaccuracies, and provides recommendations to improve AI visibility.

3. Accounts and Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete registration information
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account
  • One account per person or entity; no account sharing
  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Mentio offers Free, Starter ($79/mo), Growth ($199/mo), and Agency ($399/mo) subscription tiers.

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe
  • Payments are non-refundable except where required by law
  • You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers
  • Annual subscriptions are charged upfront and include a 20% discount

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
  • Scrape or extract data from the platform in an automated manner beyond normal use
  • Resell or sublicense the Service without written permission (except Agency white-label plan)
  • Submit false or misleading business information
  • Interfere with the integrity or performance of the Service

6. Intellectual Property

The Mentio platform, GEO Score methodology, Influence Engine algorithms, and all associated content are the intellectual property of Mentio and protected by copyright law. You retain ownership of all business data you submit to the platform. By submitting data, you grant us a limited licence to process it to provide the Service.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that AI monitoring results will be accurate, complete, or current — AI model responses are inherently variable and unpredictable. GEO Score improvements are not guaranteed within any specific timeframe.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mentio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months prior to the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time via your account settings or by contacting support. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease and your data will be deleted per our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation first, then through the competent courts of Ukraine.
